I will rank the products by looking at the strains, ingredients, pricing and customer reviews. The number 1 product will be the best value for money probiotic in my opinion.

1) Llama Naturals Gummies
Llama Naturals was founded by Kevin Brown. Their website was registered at the end of 2018.
They won the Best Digestive Supplement award in 2020 from the Nexty Awards and have generated thousands of 5-star reviews from happy customers.
They make Probiotic gummies for adults and for kids as well with different CFU counts. The adult peach / mango gummies contain both Bacillus Subtilus and Bacillus Coagulans which are two probiotic strains that have been medically studied.
I love this company a lot and think their supplements are awesome. I have had good personal results with my digestive health after trying their gummies.
2) Olly Probiotic Gummies
You may have heard of Olly Probiotic Gummies already, as they have been recommended by world-famous influencers
The first thing noticeable about these is the taste - the mango flavour (they also come in peach & bramble) tastes so good you’ll want to keep eating them.
With 500 million Bacillus Coagulans in each gummy, there are studies that claim they may be effective in boosting your digestive system.
For me personally I did notice an improvement. The reviews online for Olly Probiotic Gummies are great. They have the most 5-star reviews.

3) BeLive Probiotic Gummies
The ingredients in popular supplements brand BeLive’s Probiotic Gummies are 100% natural and 100% vegan, which makes this product ideal if you follow a vegan diet.
The taste is pleasant, and a reduction in IBS symptoms is definitely very noticeable.
I suffered no side-effects with this product, despite the 5-Billion CFU (Colony Forming Unit) count.
This is a benefit for some but may cause side-effects in others.
I loved Belive's Probiotic Gummies and I was very close to putting them in the number 1 spot.
OR
4) Digestive Advantage Gummies
Digestive Advantage Gummies are made by highly-reputed supplements manufacturer Schiff Vitamins, which has been operating since 1936.
Like other products, this supplement contains Bacillus Coagulans, but unlike the others, these gummies feature a protein shell designed to protect the bacteria from your stomach acid until they reach your intestine. This means that no bacteria are lost during consumption.
The CFU count is fairly low at 250-Million per gummy, however, this makes it more suitable for kids and beginners than those such as myself who are more experienced in probiotics - I personally noticed only minimal change in IBS symptoms.
With soy, gelatin, and corn syrup, the ingredients list isn’t quite as good as some of the others here. However, the company’s 100% money back guarantee within 14 days means that you can easily return them if they don’t work the best for you.
OR
5) Align Probiotic Gummies
Align Probiotic Gummies are manufactured by consumer goods giant Procter and Gamble, and have won awards such as the 2010 Gold Edison Award.
With low sugar and 1 billion CFU per gummy, these are great for supporting the digestive system. With a noticeable improvement in IBS symptoms and no side-effects observed for me, these are one of the better products out there, although they are a tad pricey.
One thing to note, however, is that they do contain milk and milk protein, so are not suitable for vegans.
OR
6) Culturelle Probiotic Gummies
Owned by multibillion-dollar Dutch company DSM, Culturelle’s Probiotic Gummies are one of the most popular products on the market. Featuring 3 billion CFUs of Bacillus Subtilis.
They did provide significant lessening of my IBS symptoms. I experienced no side-effects, although some other customer reviews noted irregular bowel movements after taking them.
With these gummies being both very effective and fully vegan, free of gluten and dairy, I certainly recommend these - although they are a little more expensive than others on this list.
OR
7) Smarty Pants Probiotic Gummies
Manufactured in Canada and AVA certified vegan, the Probiotic Gummies from Smarty Pants contain both probiotics (at 4 billion CFUs) and prebiotics.
Prebiotics are substances (mainly fibre) that may increase the growth and efficacy of probiotic bacteria).
This is an Amazon’s Choice product, and reviewers report significant benefits - although some really didn’t like the taste.
8) Rainbow Light Probiotic Gummies
Like the Smarty Pants gummies, Rainbow Light’s Probiolicious product also contains both prebiotics and probiotics, and is gluten-free and dairy-free (although as it contains a small amount of beeswax, it is not vegan).
With 1 billion CFUs of Lactobacillus Sporogenes, the CFU count is not the highest, but customers have still given this product very good feedback - most reviews noted improvements on digestion, also some were critical of the price and others noted diarrhea as a side-effect.
OR
9) UP4 Probiotic Gummies
Fully vegan and free of GMOs, UP4’s Probiotic Gummies are another Amazon’s Choice product with great reviews overall reporting improved digestive health and reduced symptoms.
Featuring 2 billion CFUs of both Bacillus Coagulans and Bacillus Subtilis, and chicory root as a prebiotic, these have one of the more impressive ingredients lists out of any of these supplements. The taste is also widely praised.
10) Vitafusion Probiotic Gummies
Vitafusion is possibly the most popular gummy vitamin brand in the US. With a range of flavours (all natural).
Their Probiotic Gummies also contain both Bacillus strains, and are very highly-regarded in terms of both taste and effectiveness.
Although free of dairy, gluten, and gelatin - they are not certified to be fully vegan. They have a 5-billion CFU count per serving which is decent.
11) Nature's Bounty Probiotic Gummies
With 2 billion CFUs of Bacillus Coagulans, the Probiotic Gummies from Nature’s Bounty have mostly good reviews.
Customers praise the taste of these gummies, although are generally critical of the fairly high price compared to the benefits, which are less noticeable than in other probiotic supplements available.
These gummies are fully vegan and vegetarian, and free of sugar and artificial flavours or preservatives.
What Are Probiotic Gummies Good For?
Probiotics are good bacteria that are found primarily in your gut. They fight some pathogens and yeast, and have a large role to play in the health and functioning of your immune system. Probiotics can be found in many foods, usually dairy products.
However, many people do not consume dairy as part of their diets. If you are a vegan, or otherwise have decided to cut dairy from your diet for health or other reasons, you may be missing out on some of these essential Lactobacillus bacteria. Thankfully, there are many probiotic supplement products available on the market to enable you to maintain a healthy immune system and digestive system.
Studies suggest that probiotic supplements can have health benefits due to the strains of bacteria that they contain. The most common strain found in probiotic supplements is Bacillus Coagulans, which has been found to improve IBS symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal pains.
How Many Probiotic Gummies Can I Take?
Probiotic gummies are generally taken daily, usually at a maximum of two per day. However, this will vary depending on the brand and dosage, so you should always check the label first.
Each probiotic gummy product has a recommended daily serving and it's important to follow this so that you get an adequate amount of probiotic bacteria.
Do Gummy Probiotics Actually Work?
Scientific research on the benefits of probiotics is limited so far, although evidence seems incredibly promising.
Many people have spoken of probiotics helping ease symptoms of conditions like IBS, Crohn’s Disease, and other conditions that affect the digestive system, however others have claimed to experience no benefits and even some side effects.
Probiotic Gummies cannot treat or cure medical conditions. They should not be used as a replacement for traditional medicine.
Probiotic Gummies Side Effects
Side effects are quite common with probiotic supplements, however thankfully they are very rarely serious.
The most common side effects are an initial minor increase in indigestion and/or diarrhea, but these typically subside after a short period of time before users begin to feel benefits.
Probiotic gummies generally have milder side effects than capsules or powders, as the CFU count tends not to be as high. This makes some gummies particularly suitable for kids as well as those new to taking probiotic supplements.
Can You Overdose On Probiotic Gummies?
When taking probiotic gummie's you should always check the Recommended Daily Allowance on the packaging. It will provide information on what the suggested safe amount to take per day is. Usually it's 2 gummies per day but it does depend on the CFU count and other factors.
If you want to know if you can OD on probiotic gummies, the short is NO you cannot OD. Should you eat a whole bottle of probiotic gummies in one sitting? Absolutely not.
Stick to the suggested use or what is likely to happen is the probiotic gummies may cause side effects like diarrhea, constipation or bloating from the high probiotic CFU count and sugar you will be ingesting.
The Bottom Line: Our Number 1 Choice!
Llama Naturals is my number 1 choice for several reasons. First, they have a strong reputation for quality and effectiveness, as evidenced by their Nexty Award for Best Digestive Supplement in 2020 and thousands of positive customer reviews.
Second, their Probiotic gummies come in various CFU counts for both adults and children, making it easy for families to prioritize gut health together.
Third, the adult peach/mango gummies contain two medically studied probiotic strains, Bacillus Subtilus and Bacillus Coagulans, which have been shown to provide digestive and immune support.
Finally, I have personally tried Llama Naturals gummies and have had positive results with my digestive health. Overall, I highly recommend Llama Naturals as the best value for money option when it comes to Probiotic gummies in 2023.

Strange watching the video reviews, and one in particular. It was a ‘negative’ one, but someone states is caused them to have diarrhea. Most people to begin with, and don’t realize how much ‘bad’ stuff is in their guts. No wonder you’re going get diarrhea! They likely have so much bad bacteria already, the good stuff actually cleans them out! Wow, I am a health nut, and don’t always eat the best, but smart enough to realize we often eat garbage. Many ‘foods’ are laden with bad bacteria to begin with. That’s why so many Americans are so unhealthy. The former ‘President’ was a prime example. (not here to be political, but you get the point)_ KFC, and McD’s are bad foods. Thus, I take Probiotics knowing it will improve my overall health. This is my first batch of the Olly Brand. I will follow up in my reviews in a few weeks. I took one upon my purchase. They are tasty, and look forward to listing my review. Finally, kudos to anyone taking a probiotic. Very few people are aware to the health benefits. Remember, they may be a ‘secret’ because healthy people are NOT good for the Big Pharmaceutical Companies that make Cash on sickly people! Save your money and stay healthy..take a Probiotic and Prebiotic!
Yeah I’m sure no President before him ever ate fast food. Get a clue.
Wow, you may not only need to take something for your digestive system, you need something for your TDS. Get a life.
I enjoyed your comment very much David. Thx for your input!
