Stonehenge Health Dynamic Biotics Review 2022
Hey girls! Here it is. My first review ever. Recently, I have been dealing with a yeast infection, bloating and IBS, like many other women in their mid-30s.
Due to the process of aging, this seems to affect our digestive system. It’s well understood that as we age, our body’s ability to heal the damage becomes somewhat weakened. (1)
A close friend advised me to use Stonehenge Health Dynamic Probiotics to treat the issues with my gut. In this review, I’ll tell you about my personal experience with Stonehenge Health Dynamic Biotic and will discuss how this product worked out for me.
What is Stonehenge Health Dynamic Probiotics?
Before discussing Stonehenge Health Dynamic Probiotics, it’s essential to explain what probiotics are as many of our readers may be unaware of Probiotics and their functions. Probiotics are microorganisms, such as bacteria that are found in our digestive tract, (2) which is also known as the human gastrointestinal tract.
Contrary to popular imagination, our body hosts billions of microorganisms that are found in our digestive tract, lung, saliva, ovaries, seminal fluid, oral mucosa, mammary glands, and biliary tract. Almost all bodily fluids also contain these microorganisms. (3) The collection of all microorganisms which are found in the human body are known as the human microbiome.
Most of these microorganisms play a vital role in several bodily functions that are needed to keep us alive. The human gut or gastrointestinal tract is itself home to billions of microorganisms which are essential for digestive food and liquids as they are responsible for several digestive processes.
So, these can be considered good bacteria that help us digest food and absorb the energy in the food for nourishing ourselves. Any anomaly in our digestive tract leads to an imbalance in the number and type of bacteria. (4) Ultimately this affects the process of digestion and can also have severe implications for our overall health.
Most of the digestive issues faced by people are a direct result of an imbalance in gut bacteria. Probiotics can help us deal with this issue as probiotics are just another name for bacteria found in our digestive tract. By taking probiotic supplements, some people claim you can restore the healthy balance of microorganisms in your gastrointestinal tract. (5)

Some other clinically studied benefits of Dynamic Health Biotic are as follows:
How to take Stonehenge Health Dynamic Probiotics?
Stonehenge health dynamic probiotic capsules are designed for individuals over 18 and minors under the age of 18 must not use it. You must also not use it if you are pregnant or nursing and must always consult a physician before taking Dynamic Biotic or any other probiotic.
Dosage advised by the company is one pill daily which means a bottle of 30 capsules includes a one-month supply. I took it on an empty stomach daily for a month although you can take a capsule at any time as there are no specific instructions about the time when you must take it.
Where To Buy Stonehenge Health Dynamic Probiotics?
You can buy Stonehenge Health Dynamic Probiotics at the company website or Amazon. There’s also a 90-day money-back guarantee in place which is great to see.
It protects customers who may order a supply worth several months and then don’t find the product useful for their specific condition.
Stonehenge gives you three options when you buy Dynamic Probiotic capsules for the first time:
Stonehenge currently is available for sale via the Walmart website for $49.95 if you are based in the US. Free shipping is also included. You cannot physically buy Stonehenge at your local Walmart store yet.
Stonehenge Health Dynamic Probiotic Side Effects
I didn’t notice any side effects but other reviewers have complained of some. I read that they experienced some issues, and in some cases, they didn’t find Stonehenge Health Dynamic Probiotics useful for yeast infections.
Probiotics are supposed to prevent and treat a yeast infection, but many users say that this product may lead to improved digestion but not much else.
Some users also suspect that they indeed suffered from a yeast infection after taking the product. If this is true, then this would be a severe turn off for prospective customers as this will mean that this product is of no help for treating or preventing yeast infections.
Although, the majority of customers reported positive effects after taking Dynamic Health Probiotics and only a small minority of users seem to suffer from. According to Healthline, there are possible side effects when taking ProBiotics.
Final Thoughts
Stonehenge Health Dynamic Probiotics are relatively expensive when compared with other probiotic supplements available in the market.
I felt improved digestion, but in my case, it didn’t help much with my yeast infection. This was the primary reason I ordered a bottle of Dynamic Biotic capsules from Stonehenge.
Another quite common issue which other customers also complain about is this company aggressively upselling. For example, they display the options to buy 6 bottles and 3 bottles at once on the top side of the order page.
Only the price per bottle is displayed, and the company seems to imply that you are saving a lot by buying several bottles at once. You only get to know the amount which you will pay for 6 or 3 bottles when you initiate the checkout process.
Most customers consider this as questionable marketing practice as the looks like the company is trying to misguide users about the pricing. For me, it seems like a shady marketing and sales practices to increase their revenue.
The Bottom Line: Should You Buy It?
StoneHenge is NOT a scam. Their Probiotics do work for many people.
With that being said, I have tried many other Probiotics that are both cheaper and better in terms of digestive health results.
Results vary per person so I would always recommend reading as many reviews as possible to find something that has good reviews for the issue you want to resolve.
Probiotic Review Girl's Recommendation
You might think I'm crazy...
Most probiotic supplements suck.
I know this from experience. Since launching Probiotic Review Girl in 2019, I bought and tested over 27 different probiotic brands.
I got burned so many times that I eventually did something "crazy"...
At the end of 2021, I launched my own probiotic supplement.
No more stressing about low CFU counts and wether or not the probiotic capsule will survive my stomach acid. I finally have a probiotic supplement I KNOW will work the way I want it too.
I use it everyday after years of battling Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), I now have my energy and social life back!
The positive news? I have made my probiotic supplement available to Probiotic Review Girl readers and you can experience the gut health benefits yourself.

Hello, I have ordered 6 bottle’s of Dynamic Biotics. I’m 64 years old I’m an epileptic. So I have seizures. There pretty much under control. My biggest problem is my hands shake so. I don’t have any other health problems. I experience anxiety now. I never did before. My Doctor is really no help. After reading this information. I’m not sure what type of probiotic I should take. I don’t know if it’s working or not. Maybe I’m taking the wrong type of probiotic. I feel or see no difference. I take this probiotic at 7:00 in the morning. on an empty stomach. It is an hour before I eat anything. because I take other medication with my food. Should I be taking these probiotic’s at a different time? My son ordered these probiotic’s. the sale is under his name. Tyrel Dimick .
i contacted StonehengeHealth to arrangefor return of an order and the person with whom I spoke was only not helpful, but rude. I emailed them my concerns and they have never replied. I showed the supplements to my doctor and he told me not to take them. I wont waste time and money to return them but will just throw them away and takethis as a lesson.
There’s definitely a great deal to know about this issue.
I like all the points you have made.
I recently started taking Stonehenge Health Dynamic Booties and Stonehenge Dynamic Brain. I took them for 3 days. The 2nd day I broke out in a rash on my back, then my chest, this morning the rash started on my legs. It’s not covid I went to get tested. I didn’t add anything new to my normal diet, and routine for the days. I’m not allergic to anything. Is there something in these supplements that can cause a reaction 🤔
Does it have niacin? As I’ve gotten older I have found that I now react poorly to Vitamin B7 (Niacin) and have to be careful. It will cause you to flush and itch sometimes. My case was pretty bad, but I’ve got skin issues with eczema as well, so the itching was enhanced by that.
I bought 6 bottles. The 1st 2-3 weeks I noticed that I wasn’t as gassy or bloated as I was when I started. Now to week 4 … ugh!!! I am beyond gassy and severely bloated and have gained apx 5 lbs. This is very discouraging. I spent a lot of $$ on these products and they are not working!!!
Oh no, sorry to hear that! You may be able to get some of your money back through their 90-Day Money Back Gaurantee.
