Hyperbiotics Pro-15 Review (2023 Experience)
I came across Hyperbiotics Pro-15 when I was conducting some research about probiotics and decided to try it to see if it could help with any of mine or my clients digestive issues.
As a long-time researcher of the probiotic industry, I’ve tried over 29 different probiotic supplements
In this HyperBiotics Pro-15 Review, I’ll share my personal experience with Hyperbiotics Pro-15 and will discuss all its aspects in depth.
What Is Hyperbiotics?
Hyperbiotics Pro-15 is a probiotic dietary supplement that contains 5 billion CFUs of colony-forming units per dose along with 15 potent strains developed that claim to help with various digestive issues. They are based in Middletown, Connecticut.
Hyperbiotics Pro-15 is the brainchild of Jamie Morea, the co-founder of Hyperbiotics, who is on a mission to help you feel your best. She started Hyperbiotics after contracting Entamoeba histolytica an intestinal parasite whilst backpacking
In their digestion section (no affiliate link) they have an impressive range of different probiotic supplements that can help men, women, and children with various health requirements.
Hyperbiotics Pro-15 is produced in a GMP-certified facility in the US and is free from any GMO, yeast, soy, iron, gluten, wheat, preservatives, sugar, artificial colors, artificial flavors, chemicals, and nuts.
Hyperbiotics Pro is manufactured in a capsule form using patented LiveBac® and BIO-Tract® processes. This utilizes the power of time-release technology with the power of nitrogen to reduce any microbe loss due to the heat involved in the manufacturing process.
Hyperbiotics Charity Work
Hyperbiotics Pro also cooperates closely with Bumi Sehat Foundation International, a non-profit organization that works with women in developing countries such as Indonesia, Nepal, and the Philippines.
Bumi Sehat Foundation International is dedicated to improving the health of the next generation by focusing on the health of mothers.
Hyperbiotics Pro has helped more than 2,400 mothers in the countries mentioned above. They did this by helping raise $150,000 (which Hyperbiotics matched dollar by dollar) to build a new clinic run by Bumi Sehat Foundation in Indonesia.
Hyperbiotics Pro-15 Ingredients
Hyperbiotics Pro-15 contains the following Probiotic strains:
Lacotbacillus Acidophilus & Lactobacillus Rhamnosus
This 2017 study published in the International Journal of Immunopathology and Pharmacology looked at the effects of Lactobacillus Rhamnosus & Lactobacillus Acidophilus two strains inside Pro 15 on bacterial vaginal pathogens.
The results showed that the Lactobacilli were synergic against S. aureus, E. Coli, G. vaginalis, and A. vaginae. They were said to be promising tools for protection against bacterial vaginosis and Aerobic vaginitis potentially helping restore pH levels.
Lactobacillus Plantarum
This 2022 study published in the Frontiers of Endocrinology looked at if 4 Billion CFU of Lactobacillus Plantarum taken for 12 weeks could help with weight loss whilst also checking if for safety and efficacy.
Groups took either a placebo or L. Plantarum and it was found that the probiotic bacteria did not help with weight loss. It did however alter the microbiota. It did however reduce cholesterol and triglyceride levels and adverse events were reported.
How to take Hyperbiotics Pro-15
You can take 1 to 3 capsules a day, as recommended by the manufacturer. The company recommends taking one pill a day for daily maintenance, while you can take up to 3 capsules a day for intense therapy.
It would be best if you took it before food, preferably on an empty stomach as taking it after a meal may not provide benefits for any symptoms you are having.
Hyperbiotics Pro-15 Side Effects
Most people seemed to suffer from no side effect after taking Hyperbiotics Pro-15, but I suffered from several side effects such as constipation, gas, diarrhea, stomach cramps after taking Pro-15. These side effects stopped after a couple of days.
This may have to do with my earlier stomach issues. Still, I also didn't feel any significant benefit for my ongoing yeast infection and was disappointed with Hyperbiotics Pro-15 as had high hopes from this probiotic.
It wasn't as great as Jarrow Female Probiotics which worked well when it was still in stock, and I bought it for my antibiotics effects.
Are the Hyperbiotics Pro-15 Reviews Fake?
In October 2019, Hyperbiotics had only 72 customer Hyperbiotics Reviews on their Amazon Profile with a 3.6 rating.
Today around 6 months later, HyperBiotics have over 8,600 reviews currently on Amazon. With such a large number some people might ask themselves are they fake Hyperbiotics Reviews?
Currently in May 2023 they have a 4.5 out of 5 star rating with over 13,383 amazon reviews.
After reading some of the 5-star reviews (left within days of each other) in my opinion, they seem to lack depth and are a bit shallow.
Ultimately I have no definitive proof their Amazon Reviews are fake, but you should make your own judgement. If you want to compare these reviews to some other ones, then check this TruNature Probiotics review section to see the difference.
Where To Buy Hyperbiotics?
You can buy a bottle of Hyperbiotics Pro-15 at the price of $25 at the Hyperbiotics Pro website, Amazon for $25, on Walmart for $24.97, and iHerb if you are outside of the USA. (no affiliate links) They also offer free shipping on larger orders of 2 and 3 bottles within the US.
When purchasing through the official Hyperbiotics website you are entitled to a 60-day refund guarantee. You start a refund, simply call 800-711-5958 or email contact@hyperbiotics.com and they will refund your money back or offer an exchange. You do not need to send any bottles back.
How Does Hyperbiotics Compare To Other Probiotics?
My research into Hyperbiotic did bring up some questionable findings regarding the validity of their customer reviews. I compared Hyperbiotic's Pro-15 with Total Restore another gut supplement and could see that the reviews for Total Restore appeared to be more genuine when looking across all their social media platforms.
Hyperbiotic's also claimed to help with weight loss because of their Lactobacillus Plantarum strain but a study I found did not back up this claim. On the other hand, 1MD contains Lactobacillus Gasseri which is a better strain for weight loss based on research so I would say that there are other better probiotic supplements out there for weight issues.
Final Thoughts
I had to stop taking it due to intense stomach cramps, which were sometimes too painful. I was not expecting side effects, and my body’s reaction to the strains contained in this probiotic was unexpected. I couldn’t feel any improvement in my stomach issues even after taking it for almost a week.
You can buy Hyperbiotics Pro-15 if you want as the product has thousands of positive online reviews. Although, it didn’t work in my case, and this may have to do with my ongoing stomach issues.
Due to no results in my case, I can’t vouch for this product. Other customers need to make their own decisions based on the information available as the product may not work for everyone.
I hope this HyperBiotics Pro 15 Review has helped you, let me know your experience in the comments.

I took the pro 15 advance, the first day I felt okay the second day I felt horrible felt like I had the flu or something had severe diarrhea and awful cramps and a headache. I decided to try it another day and I had diarrhea all day long and felt horrible so I had to come off of this product. I went with the advance because I have been taking other probiotics on a regular basis. This is the first time I’ve ever had a reaction to probiotics like this.
Hi Susan,
Thanks for sharing. What other Probiotics have you tried before?
