I recently discovered Gundry MD's Bio Complete Probiotic 3, which has gained significant popularity.

Intrigued by its reputation, I decided to delve into it firsthand using my experience as a certified nutritionist.

This comprehensive Bio Complete 3 review aims to provide an unbiased, truthful assessment of this probiotic supplement and whether it's an over-priced scam or not.

What Is Gundry MD?

Steven-Gundry-MD

Dr. Steven Gundry

Gundry MD is the company behind the well-known Bio Complete 3 Probiotic.

Gundry MD was started by Dr. Steven Gundry with the single mission to dramatically improve human health, happiness, and longevity through his unique vision of diet and nutrition.

Dr. Steven Gundry is a trained cardiac surgeon and served as the Head of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Loma Linda University, California, until 2002.

He has worked as a cardiac surgeon for more than 3 decades and decided to launch Gundry MD after seeing how several hopeless cases were able to completely recover from severe ailments with just a change of diet.

Gundry MD is known for its dietary supplements, including probiotics, protein supplements, skin care serums, superfoods, etc. In this article, I will provide an honest insight into the Bio Complete 3 probiotic sold by Gundry MD.

Bio Complete 3 Ingredients

Bio-Complete-3-Ingredients

Tributyrin

Dietary tributyrin is similar to butyrate since they are both short-chain fatty acids but in some cases, it is more potent. A 2023 study authored by N Yang, found that dietary Tributyrin supplementation in humans was able to restore gut microbiota dysbiosis and increase Short-Chain fatty acids.

Bacillus Coagulans

Bacillus coagulans is a soil-based probiotic known for its ability to produce lactic acid and survive harsh conditions that other probiotic bacteria cannot survive. A 2021 study authored by AK Gupta, found that B Coagulans was safe and improved for helping with IBS symptoms like bloating, cramping, and diarrhea.

SunFiber

Probiotic bacteria are limited in their growth without Prebiotic fiber so 200mg of SunFiber is included as an ingredient. Sunfiber soluble fiber is said to be low-FODMAP certified, gluten-free, and non-GMO according to their website.

Bio Complete 3 also contains microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silica, magnesium stearate and have recently also added Sunflower Oil which is disappointing.

Bio Complete 3 Side Effects & Safety

Most of the ingredients used in Bio Complete 3 are considered safe and are also found in other probiotics and dietary supplements. Not many other probiotics contain Tributyrin, and the addition of this triglyceride, which is also found in butter, sets Bio Complete apart from other similar probiotics.

Tributyrin is a precursor to butyrate, and several studies have shown how it helps in reducing inflammation and insulin resistance associated with obesity. A 2021 study authored by MT Siddiqui, discussed the positive effect of butyrate on immune system functions. Tributyrin is used as a dietary supplement, and Bio Complete 3 offers an unmatched combination of Probiotics, Prebiotics, and Tributyrin.

Bacillus Coagulans has been long used and is safe and beneficial for the human gut. A 2022 study authored by Y Wang, found this Bacillus coagulans may help reduce inflammation and immune response, which often causes the inflammation in the first place.

The effect of Bacillus Coagulans on arthritis and other joint and muscle conditions has also been studied. A 2010 study authored by DR Mandel, suggest that Bacillus Coagulans is entirely safe and can help you with several health conditions ranging from inflammation to joint health.

There are some reports of side effects like Stomach Pain, Chills and Bloating with Bacillus Coagulans according to WebMD.

Where to Buy & Pricing

The only place you can buy Bio Complete 3 is from the official website here. They don't sell Bio Complete 3 on Amazon. Anything listed on Amazon is from a reseller and not safe.

The company lists the price at $69.95 for a single bottle of 120 capsules (30-day supply).

You can, of course, save significantly if you buy multiple bottles as buying 3 bottles at $188.85 will lead to savings of $21, while 6 bottles are priced at $353.70, resulting in savings of $66.

Gundry MD offers free shipping within the US on all orders above $60. BioTrust Pro X10 a similar product also has a similar bulk pricing model.

These prices may seem a bit higher when compared with probiotics like Trunature. Still, you must not forget that this is a higher quality probiotic compared to your other regular probiotic products as it has a combination of Prebiotics, Probiotics, and Tributyrin.

Gundry MD also has a 90-day money-back guarantee, which I feel is generous as most other similar products come with shorter guarantees of 30 or 60 days.

Bio Complete 3 Weight Loss

Bio Complete 3 claims to support weight loss and overall gut health but there is a lack of concrete evidence to confirm its effectiveness in promoting weight loss.

The way they claim Bio Complete 3 can help with weight loss is by boosting butyrate levels and helping with symptoms of a leaky gut.

Supposedly this can help with cravings for unhealthy food.

In my experience trying many different Probiotics can help with weight loss. The caveat to that though is they are a not "magic pill" and won't do all the work for you.

You still need to eat a healthy diet and exercise.

Bio Complete 3 claims to support weight management and overall gut health. However, there is a lack of concrete evidence to confirm its effectiveness in promoting weight loss.

Its weight loss properties are not firmly established, and results may vary from person to person.

Pros

  • A healthy blend of Prebiotics, Probiotics, and Tributyrin.
  • Developed by a trained doctor who also happens to be a New York Times bestseller author about health and diet.
  • No known adverse effects.
  • Several studies show the benefits of the ingredients on optimal gut health.
  • I got AMAZING results with this Probiotic.
  • Customer report of weight management benefits in my comment section.

Cons

  • Only contains 2 probiotic strains.
  • Bio Complete 3 is quite expensive if compared with other probiotic supplements.
  • Some people have complained about issues when returning the product.
  • When returning the product, you will have to pay for shipping and will have to contact customer care.
  • Not available as widely as is the case with other probiotics as you can only buy from the official company website.

Bio Complete 3 Reviews

Most reviews left by past customers of Bio Complete 3 are positive, and I will be sharing some of those Bio Complete 3 Reviews with you now.

D. Eason says that he felt significant improvement in his longstanding digestive issues after taking 4 Bio Complete capsules a day for a week. He also cautions that a person needs to take the recommended dosage of 4 capsules and not 1 day for the maximum benefit.

Bio-Complete-4-star-review-2020

Claudia Gerst mentions her own experience of suffering from an autoimmune disease called Proctitis, an inflammatory bleeding condition, for the past 5 years. She mentioned how she decided to take Bio Complete 3 after every other medication failed and how she could notice the results within 3 days, and then the condition disappearing.

2020-Bio-Complete-5-Star-Review

Another customer wrote how he cured his constipation by using the Bio Complete 3 capsules for a few weeks.

Like any other probiotic supplement, Bio Complete 3 does not work for everyone, and I also came across several negative reviews where customers complained of gas, bloating, and indigestion which is also common with other probiotics.

Some unsatisfied customers complained that they did not see any improvement in their conditions after taking Gundry Md's Bio Complete 3.

Hi Miss T, Thanks for commenting 🙂

      • Stephen L. Stratton

I bought 3 bottles but was forced to discontinue due to abdominal cramps. Reducing to one capsule per day did not improve matters.

        • Alicia Harper

Hi Stephen, I’m sorry to hear that but thanks for sharing. Please consult a medical professional if you experience any side effects asap.

  • Jane Marie Horton

Stop!! I just got my Bio Complete 3. Nowhere did I read that the dosage was 4 tablets daily. That means that one bottle of 30 only lasts 7 days plus two capsules. The three bottles that I bought will only last three and one half weeks, instead of the three months that I assumed. That makes Bio Complete 3 way too expensive and a scam!!! Hope that you have the opportunity to consider this before you buy.

  • Have been taking BC3 for 3 months. Has helped with my bowel movements (BMs). He requires you to take a full 8-10 ounce glass of water with the pills. I still had some hard BMs. Found a suggestion at another website that said drink 2 glasses of water in the morning to get your BMs going. Have been doing that for a week and BMs are now soft. It is more than a probiotic and worth the difference.

    • Alicia Harper

Wow Albert, That’s so great 🙂 Happy to hear that and thanks for sharing!

      • Shellie-Ann Francis

Has anyone noticed an odor to the capsules? I started taking these in 2021 , but admittedly not consistently once I’ve run out. I finally reordered this past July but I’m noticing an odor in each bottle that I don’t recall previously. Has anyone else noticed this?

  • What are the probiotic strains in Bio Complete 3?
Also have you revise Flora Spring Probiotics. By another famous physician?
His has line 5 main strains and 10 other supportive strains.
    Unless it’s all hype.

  • MINE IS A QUESTION MORE THAN A COMMENT. HOW OFTEN DO U TAKE BIO COMPLETE?
I WILL GET ACK TO U ON MY RESULTS! SO FAR SO GOOD!!

    • Alicia Harper

Hi Roseann, Any updates on your experience?

When I take BC3, I take 2 in the morning and another 2 in the evening before I sleep 🙂

  • Hector R. Corrales

Ms Harper I want to thank you very much for taking the time to produce this info on Steven Gundry as I get adds from him constantly on my iphone since I listen to YouTube lectures all the time throughout the day. I am partially deaf so I have the advantage of listening to lectures on various topics throughout the day through my iphone connected to my hearing aids. Dr. Gundry is on all channels that I listen to so I imagine he is spending great quantities of money on advertising. I think that this product is very expensive. But I have been thinking about purchasing Total Restore instead of Bio 3 since I have so many problems in the morning with bowel movements. My biological clock wants to eliminate in the morning but it seems that no matter how much I push I end up getting of the toilet frustrated because I can feel the urge in my colon but cannot eliminate. This is causing me a lot of distress. Now you seem to give Bio 3 positive marks but you have stated that you have tried 27+ probiotic products. In this article you do not tell me which product you prefer. So please tell me which product you use at this time 3/16/2021 since you tell me that you have found something useful to cure all of your ailments.

    • I like this product but I also take liquid calcium with magnesium citrate and vit. D from Puritans Pride. I buy in bulk because it has also helped friends and family with your same issue. It doesn’t taste bad and I only take a swig before bed and I’m good to go as soon as I eat in the morning (or sooner). I hope this helps because I know very well how you feel.

    • Alicia Harper

Hi Hector, I created a Probiotic called FlowFlora& also enjoy cooking my own probiotic-rich foods these days 🙂

      • Alicia, I think what Hector might be hinting at is by not seeing the reviews on the other probiotics, might there be a conflict of interest with Dr. Gundry’s product. In other words is this a paid advertisement for the Bio 3 products?

I think a lot of people look for some kind of ranking: My #1 is, #2 is… but to Hector, I say this:

Ms. Harper has created an avenue for other real people to chime in about their results with not only Bio 3 but other probiotics that work for them. I would not suggest trying 27 probiotics if you don’t have to but try a few for 30 days and see.

And even if there was a ranking readers will still get the feeling that the #1 spot is a paid ad. This is why those YouTube Day 1 and so on videos are so effective because we get to see the entire process for the most part.

As a person in phrama research, remember it takes about 21 days for a substance to really start to take effect in your body so give things a chance, don’t be quick to judge something after the first use unless you break out in hives which is a sign of an allergic reaction. Sometimes if you feel nauseous that could just be a sign of how toxic your body really might be and those good bacteria going to battle with the bad ones but after a few days this too shall pass.

By the way my #1 choice of probiotic is:
Garden of Life RAW Probiotics, because you can get the up to 100 billion and 33 different strains in one to two capsules. I also do not trust probiotics that aren’t refrigerated. The cool keeps them potent and alive.

  • 3/19/21 They do sell this on Amazon. It is expensive but available. Also prices are lower on some video links. 3 bottles for $121 if you subscribe and save.

  • Gundry MD Bio Complete 3 is available at Amazon.com for $73.25.

  • Would like to try this i suffer from a lot these systems but can not afford high dollar products. It sad we live in a money hungry world.

    • Alicia Harper

Hi Barb, I agree it’s not cheap 🙁

    • My name is Becky & I have had the problem of elimination ALL my life until now age 71. At age 20, the surgeon was astonished, I had to have a hemorrhoidectomy & had not gone through childbirth. I now take 3-4 liquid capsules of Magnesium (not Citrate) w/food ev. day to stay reg. You can buy on sale at Costco or Walmart (Natures)for v. little $.

  • I’ve been using this for two weeks, my cravings have gone away, my ibs has reduced. I’m losing inches and weight. I thought this was a gimmick and never order but told my sister who is a physician about my many digestive issue and had gotten a Webber natural probiotic, but it made me feel a bit nauseated. so she sent me a bottle of these and these are the best I’ve tried to date. my bowel movement is regular and smooth. No bloating when i eat dairy. I would highly recommend these

  • I’d like to know of all the probiotic/prebotic blends you’ve tried which you believe to the best. I started Bio Complete 3 and didn’t like it at first. But then something in me remembered that I felt more energy so I went back to the bottle I left and started again, and had the same result. I was dragging and then I wasn’t. I’m going to order more but I’d be interested to know which you recommend most of all… and to be sure you are 100% non-biased in every way. Thank you!

    • Alicia Harper

Hi Sheryl, These days I like to get most of my probiotics from fermented foods like Kimchi and Saurkraut but other than Bio Complete 3 I would say FlowFlora a probiotic I created. 🙂

  • I need Bio Complete 3 while I am in Indonesia, can I be given advice to have it …?

  • Should you take all four pills at once or split them up?

  • David S Holzboog

Does this product contain soy? I ask because I am allergic to soy.

  • Hi,
I have noticed that a lot of people talk about this being helpful with constipation. I have IBS-D. Do you have any suggestions on what the best types of probiotics are best for diarrhea dominant IBS, and reviews from people who’ve been helped by certain ones. I was taking Seed Probiotics for 3-4 months and stopped because they didn’t seem to help my gut. I just started taking Florastor a few days ago, too early to tell if its going to make a different yet!
    Thank you

    • Alicia Harper

Hi Janelle, I can’t give any health advice, unfortunately. But I am in the process of writing some guides on individual probiotic strains and what the scientific studies say each seperate strain may or may not help with.

    • Desiree Bullock

Well I don’t think I’ll be ordering it because I haven’t messed up stomach also and I will not be ordering that it was not helping you it probably won’t help me and I think it’s a little bit too pricey

      • yes I don’t think I’m going to be ordering this product because I have a leaky gut problems too and I don’t think it’s going to work for me and it’s a little bit pricey thank you

  • I tried using the promo code u suggested but it is not working. I tried to use it for the single bottle purchase and also a three pack but neither seem to work for me . Any other ones that will work? Thanks

    • Alicia Harper

Hi Samantha, I just tried clicking through my best price button and using the coupon code thanks10 & it worked for me. Can you maybe try again? 🙂

  • I am trying to gain weight and have issues with digestion, gas and bloating. Since Bio 3 is sold for gut health and weight loss, will this product cause me to lose more weight or optimize a healthy weight? I have been under the care of a physician who is not opposed to pro/probiotics.

  • Rosemary Grundy

I don’t understand why there is nothing in any of the established Peer Reviewed Journals ( for example JAMA, British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, Journal of Applied Physiology Nutrition and Metablolism) about this product.

Has it been through any sort of independent double blind clinical trials?
Has Dr Gundry submitted his research to any peer reviewed journals?
Has it been through the rigorous approvals required for a approval as a pharmaceutical product?
Or has it only passed the “not actually dangerous” test required for a food product.?

    thanks
    Rosemary

    • Hi Rosemary, You are right there are no Peer-Reviewed Journals for the Bio Complete 3 product, Only customer testimonials.

What are your thoughts on the published studies for Bacillus Coagulans & Tributyrin (two of the main ingredients) ?

    • What’s your point? This is NOT a pharmaceutical.

      • Her point is to see if there is any scientific evidence or neutral experts who have reviewed it, to back up the many claims made. Why would you not want a medicinal product to be peer reviewed?

  • I purchased 12 bottles so that I could give them to people in my congregation that were having digestive issues. Only one friend had cramping and stopped taking them, everyone else has done well with them. They are expensive but if they can help a friend and you have the means, consider it a blessing to be able to give..

    • Wow, that’s a lot! Thanks for sharing Paul. Happy to hear that 🙂

      • Well it does say in his advertisement that the product may not work well for everyone everyone so if they did not read the fine print on it then that’s on them.

  • I’m ALWAYS tired, sore, feeling sick and weak. I’m 35! I hate this. I only
Use the bathroom 2 times a week. I diet but I still
Feel yucky! Can this help? Is there any coupons available? Thanks

  • Hey Alicia, I was skeptical and wasn’t going to order until I read your review and the comments posted herein. I ordered today. I also found a coupon code (SORRY15) that worked and gave me 15% off as a new first-time customer price of $49.95 for 1 bottle. With tax, I only paid $42.14. Oh, I also chose to subscribe. Wish me luck!

    • Hi Will, That’s awesome, and thanks for sharing the coupon. It looks like one they give out whenever they make a mistake lol!! Good Luck and I would love to know how you get on <3

    • Thanks for the Sorry code, it worked! Hope the product does. Worth a try for sure. I’ve been struggling with gut repair for ages & don’t even eat lectin foods. Sigh. Tbd…

  • Is there sodium benzoate in it?

  • Thank you for this information, Ms. Harper. I am curious if you receive compensation for your positive review or for posting a coupon for Bio Complete 3?

    • Hi John,

ProbioticReviewGirl.com is supported through my savings. I may earn a small commission on probiotic purchases made through my links.” This statement is in the footer.

Affiliate Disclaimer: I am an affiliate of the Gundry MD Ambassador programme. I may receive a small commission through any purchases you make. (at no extra cost to you).” This statement is inside the review.

  • I am trying to use the CHANGE25 coupon code and it tells me it has expired.

    Thanks!

  • Are Gundry MD and Biotrust related? I have products that I thought were Gundry MD that say Biotrust on the package.

  • Julie K Dykstra

I tried the discount code but it does not work.

    • Alicia Harper (Nutritionist)

Thanks for letting me know, Julie! Looks like GundryMD canceled the one I originally shared. I have now replaced it with a working one 🙂

  • Dr. Gundry’s Bio Complete works quite well. However, the games they play on the website put them in the sleaze category. If I try to order the product, I am forced onto a trap page that will not let me continue until I agree to join his “club.” If I backtrack, I learn that the “request” has already been supposedly filled and it’s just too late to do anything about it. There’s no excuse for this behavior. As far as I’m concerned, Gundry MD is a ripoff.

  • Dorett Gweth-Nanalh

I do think Dr. Gundry is a healer and he is authentic. We must understand that as human beings, we are all unique in the way our bodies are, both physically and physiologically, so results will vary. I just purchased 3 bottles after watching one of his videos and hope that it will help. Dr. Gundry is much too respected and gifted to be dishonest. Believing is a way to physical and spiritual healing.

    • Alicia Harper (Nutritionist)

I also think Dr. Gundry is authentic! It would be great if you could share your Bio Complete 3 results with us later 🙂

    • I think many of the attacks he is receiving are not surprising.
Like many Doctors who rely on Natural health and treating the causes for diseases instead of the Pharmaceutical and Surgical Industries who rely on fixing the symptoms, he will be attacked by the establishment and many will try to discredit and silence him.
Dr Mercola has been attacked in a similar fashion when he exposed many of the aberrations of the so called “modern medicine” and the dark past(and present) of vaccination.
If what Dr.Grundy and other do work, it only highlights the treason and deliberate ignorance that the other Doctors have kept themselves and their client in.
Claiming to care about health but in truth keeping the Industry Fat and well fed by the chronic state of disease of the population.

      • His BUSINESS practices are the gist of the attacks. By agreeing to buy online, one also must agree to allow marketing calls to the required telephone number at all hours, and allow incessant emails. Customers who have tried to return product tell similar stories about the hoops required to get the “100% money back guarantee” and being charged excessively for the “privilege” (provided they have also saved all of the original packaging and product). If this supplement is as good as GundryMD claims, there should be no need to trick customers in these ways. Make a good product, treat customers well, be honest in your business dealings, and achieve success on those merits.

        • Amen, Sara! I cannot STAND the poor software and sleazy tactics of online nutritional sellers. They do NOT need to run their business this way. If their product is good/great for 90% of the people, people will be selling the product FOR them via word of mouth. That’s how my spouse and I ran our construction biz for 45 years. We still have clients call us well into our retirement.

          • Alicia Harper (Nutritionist)

You are right that word of mouth should occur naturally with a genuine nutritional product and I agree it’s unfortunate how these things are often marketed.

  • Marilyn Richards

I juat recieved my bottle of BC3 and was wondering how to take it. I had someone tell me that you should take the 2 tablets 1/2 hour before eating. Is it necessary to wait for 30 mintues? Also, if I take the other 2 tablets before bed, that would be on an empty stomach.

    • Alicia Harper (Nutritionist)

Hi Marlyin, Yes it would be ideal to take the capsules on an empty stomach so that they have a better chance of surviving your stomach acid.

  • I have been using a product called Synbiotic 365 which has both prebiotics and probiotics in it and have had good results with it. But can you comment on this product by United Naturals? Thanks

    • Alicia Harper (Nutritionist)

Hi Beverly, I haven’t tried Synbiotioc 365 from United Naturals yet 🙁 I just checked briefly and the probiotic strains look good. What do you want your probiotic to do for you?

  • Is this product and ingredients made in the United States

  • Following up…I use Capital One Eno(TM) to protect my purchases and it creates specific numbers for each retailer so that scams can be traced. For the first time EVER, this virtual card number – that is linked to my actual Capital One account and is a totally legit purchasing card – was declined! (My card is nowhere near its limit) It is designed to protect customers from fraudulent re-use of card numbers to send future product that wasn’t approved and GundryMD refused it! I really want to try this product but do not trust them to do the right thing. Wow.

BTW, read the fine print before you hit Submit. By ordering online, you agree to let them call you relentlessly for marketing purposes at the phone number required! Some of the complaints in other review have talked about non-stop email barrages, as well.

  • Hi Alicia Harper,
Your review on Dr. Gundry’s product was very detailed, informative, & helpful. The question I have for now is I’m still comparing the Bio Complete 3 with with another product called Morning Complete. I was wondering have you compared these products together to see which one had the better ingredients? It’s really difficult for a customer to make up their mind when there are so many products there that claim it’s to help someone with a leaky gut. Websites that say buy BiomeMD is good or this product is rated number one, or you can only buy it online. But you seem to have your finger on being able to give a much more detailed information about a product So you’re the only one I seem comfortable enough to email and think we’ll get a response from. Thank you for taking the time to read this message.

    • Alicia Harper (Nutritionist)

Hi Juanita, sorry for the slow reply. I haven’t tried Morning Complete but I just checked the ingredients and it definitely has a better probiotic blend than bio complete 3 in my opinion. I think I will try it soon.

      • Thanks for your honest answer. It’s truly appreciated. I am interested in the Gundry BC 3, for my ongoing gut issues, but I have a zero-tolerance for wonky websites, or pushy, excessive sales tactics, or “100% Money Back” guarantees that aren’t. Maybe as an Ambassador to his online business, you can forward these concerns from the public to him. Best regards. SH

  • I’m awaiting my order to arrive. Is it okay to take one pill in the morning and one pill at night to begin with then progress to two each time after a couple weeks. I want to avoid the stomach issues I’ve been hearing about.

  • So how long does one bottle last?

    • Alicia Harper (Nutritionist)

Following the recommended dosage of 4 capsules per day, One bottle of BC3 lasts 30-days.

  • Judith Nelson

I received my Bio Complete 3 of three bottles this month.
The manufacturing date on the bottom of the bottle says
    June 2021!
What is the expiration date on this product which is already
a year old? Why are they sending old product to me when my last shipment says December 2021?

    • Alicia Harper (Nutritionist)

Hi Judith, That does not sound good! Did you order from the official Gundry MD website or a reseller on another platform?

  • Hello, I have bought 6 bottles of the Bio Complete 3 to try. I just started taking them so can’t really have an opinion yet as to how they work for me. I do however want to question if this product is better or as good as the Stonehenge Health Dynamic Biotics? I’ve found information about how it has 6 very beneficial strains that aren’t listed on Dr. Gundry’s product. The strains are Lactobacillus Gasseri, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Lactobacillus Reuteri, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Bifidum, and Bifidobacterium Longum. It has 16 Diverse probiotic Strains & 51 Billion CFU’s (also said 45 billion CFU’s in the comments so not sure which is correct), only 1 capsule per day & also has Nutra Flora prebiotic. No synthetic fillers or artificial ingredients, capsules that are able to get to the gut where they belong & past the stomach acid. So with all this information how do Dr. Gundry’s Bio Complete 3 compare? Also you mentioned that the Live Conscious Pro 45 is a good one? I looked at that one as well & it has all the same strains except for the Lactobacillus Reuteri. I will give Bio Complete 3 a try but may consider switching if I don’t see positive results. Mostly because of having to take 4 capsules a day. That’s just too much. I am also wanting to have the diverse strains if they are not in the Bio Complete 3. Thank you for your time.

Hi Sandra, Bio Complete 3 is a pretty poor probiotic because of the low amount of strains and CFU count. Most of the BC3 benefits will come from its other ingredients.

Yes, Stonehenge is definitely a better probiotic in terms of the diverse probiotic bacteria you get & so is Live Conscious 45. Even some fermented foods will be a better probiotic than BC3! Also, (shameless plug) I Launched FlowFlora my own probiotic recently 🙂

  • This product is expensive, but marvelous in results. 3 in my extended family take these now including myself with great results. All bleeding stops, smelly farts disappear, poops come out cleanly and light brown in colour. Great product with good discounts if you buy in bulk.

I was skeptical, but I developed an unknown autoimmune condition in my gut, and my diabetes also switched up to autoimmune within 6 months of having a serious hypotensive, hypovolemic, dehydration, septic event, spending 4 days in the hospital, on triple antibiotics. I had very abnormal labs, a top blood pressure of 50, kept going in and out of consciousness, “waking up” with ivs in both elbows, and 2 bags of fluid almost gone, never feeling the sticks. Another time I “woke up” in the CT scanner. I had bleeding in the intestines, and something called messenteric panniculitis, sepsis, and acute kidney damage (resolved)I’ve had almost daily abdominal & back pain, muscle weakness, and intolerance of normal activity ever since, dilation and bloating, massive gas, plus bowel disruption, and weight gain. I purchased the Bio Complete 3, but was skeptical, and started with only 1 pill every day, 17 days ago. I haven’t taken pain meds for almost a week, my muscle weakness is better, my abdominal and back pain are <80%, and I have been physically functional for 3 days straight. I am hopeful. I thought all these symptoms before was my new (horribly uncomfortable)life.

  • Hi everyone, im suffering from gut problem since im child and im 38 now . I use to have like a lot of problem with gaz when young, we find that milk and cereal was the caused. Well it seems to. When i mean gaz problem i mean that a room can smell bad for an entire day , canyou imagined ? Not a normal baby ghost fart 😂.

I tried to change my routine, sport help of course but not the right answer i was looking for.
I tried pro biotics, and it help me, so i know i am on the right path.

I just saw the advertise of 30 minute on facebook from Doctor Grundy, and i must admit that im 200% sure of its product since i know so well now how the pharma corp think and what they really want us. Sick.

Ive read this winter that pro biotic work much better with pre biotics. So when i heard dr grundy tell in his video that was the case , it confirmed just right my tough.

For all the people that think that 79,95 $ its expensive for this product , read this .

How important is your live ?
Would you pay someone to give you the answer of all your problem?

Have you ever come in a healthy store? If yes you noticed how much organic food is. A lot more than normal food , well in majority of time. To give you an exemple , i buy a bottle of 120 capsule of probiotics and it cost me 68 $ for the best pro biotics they had.

If you take the easy math here , you just have probiotics for way more money than the product like bio complete 3 .

Do you know how much it cost to you to go to the hospital or taking care for problem link to your gut, far more than 78,95 $ per month .

And like chinese medecine , its better and way more easier to prevent than to cure the problem.

I must admit i didnot try his product yet but i certainly will.

I try so many time to change my habit, its tough and since we are not doctor or scientist it is tough to note all the change and benefits from a variety of life habits. So this pills could be the best solution ever.

Im so exited to finally take control of my vehicule (body) . Cause ,like your mother said , you only have one body and you gotta take care of it like your child.

80$ for a month, its 2,66 $ per day . Dont be greedy for your health. 2,66$ wont kill you , but a bad and unhealty gut can Lead to serious problem . The gut have been proove to be the second brain in your body.

Dont be a zombie , dont eat your own brain 😜.

I hope you all will take the right choice like i do.

Have a GUT day all of you .
