BioTrust Pro X10 Review [Weight Loss?]

In this BioTrust Pro x10 Review will shed light on all the aspects of this popular probiotic supplement.

BioTrust is a leading brand that is well-known for its dietary supplements and has been around since 2012.

At the end of this Bio Trust Pro X10 Probiotic Review, you will be able to decide for yourself if BioTrust Pro x10 is a legitimate supplement or another probiotic / health scam.

BioTrust Pro x10 Ingredients & Strains

BioTrust Pro x10 includes a probiotic blend of 5 potent probiotic strains, namely Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium Lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus Plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus.

Each serving contains 4 billion CFUs of their proprietary probiotic blend, and a single serving delivers probiotics worth 50 billion CFUs a day.

Other Biotrust Pro x10 ingredients include 1 billion CFUs of Bacillus subtilis, 7.5 mg of PreforPro®, a non-fiber prebiotic along with rice dextrin, gelatin, and medium-chain triglyceride.

Their proprietary probiotic blend is also a good one, as they have combined several useful strains in a single blend.

Lactobacillus acidophilus has been shown to potentially help with diarrhea, high cholesterol, relieve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, and other health issues. (1)

At the same time, Bifidobacterium lactis is known to sometimes help patients who have ulcerative colitis. (2)

Lactobacillus Plantarum is a probiotic derived from plants and is usually found in plant-based foods such as sourdough bread, sauerkraut, kimchi, and olive brine. Lactobacillus Plantarum is known to be beneficial for your immune system and has anti-inflammatory properties that some studies indicate may protect you from inflammation and infections. (3

BioTrust Pro X10 Side Effects

BioTrust Pro x10 is gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free and can be used by vegans also. There is no information about the potential for any allergy concerns.

Still, we can safely assume that the probiotic is free of allergens as otherwise, the company would have mentioned this fact on the labeling.

The only possible allergen is yeast in the form of Yeast Saccharomyces boulardii. If you are allergic to yeast, then you must avoid this probiotic.

Although you must be aware of the general side effects of probiotics, including bloating, gas, stomachache, etc.,

A small number of people suffer from these side effects, and in most of the cases, the side effects last only for the first few days of taking the probiotic and disappear after a few days. (4)

My Experience Taking BioTrust Pro X10

I did not have a good experience with this probiotic as I felt it was too strong for me which I would say is one of the cons of biotrust. After taking 2 Biotrust Pro x10 capsules daily, I started to feel bloating and stomach pain.

I initially thought that the pain would subside after a couple of days, but it persisted, and I had to stop taking these capsules after a week.

The capsules are small and easy to swallow. In addition to the pain and bloating, this probiotic also did not help me with my diarrhea and other digestive issues. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any diseases or medical conditions.

They do however have a money back guarantee but I didn't take advantage of it even though I should have it. It just seemed a bit too complicated for me.

Final Thoughts

We can conclude this review by saying that BioTrust Pro x10 is not a scam and is a genuine Probiotic. Although it did not work out for me, and the side effects were quite severe for me.

I suppose this was because the overall CFU count is almost equivalent to 50 billion CFUs as cited by the company, and this would mean that it is a strong probiotic.
